Directions to American Lung Association of New York State, Inc. 3 West Main Street, Suite 208, Elmsford, NY 10523, (914) 347-2094

From Northern Westchester and Putnam: Route 684 South to Cross Westchester Expressway West (287) to Exit 2 - Route 9A - Elmsford. At end of ramp, turn left onto Saw Mill River Road, go under the overpass and proceed to the 2nd traffic light. Take a right onto West Main Street (Route 119 West) and take your second right (it comes quickly). You will see a blue sign: "3 & 5 West Main St." Proceed down the driveway to the first building on your left- Building # 3. Visitor parking is on your right adjacent to the building.

OR

Take I-684- South to Exit 5 - The Saw Mill Parkway - South for approx. 19 miles to Exit 21- Route 119 East - Elmsford. Bear to your right off the exit onto Valley Avenue and proceed to the stop sign. Take a right onto West Main Street (Route 119-East). Go under the over pass, get into the left lane and take your second left. You will see a blue sign: "3 & 5 West Main St." Proceed down the driveway to the first building on your left- Building # 3. Visitor parking is on your right adjacent to the building.

From New England: New England Thruway or Merritt Parkway to Hutchinson River Parkway to Cross Westchester Expressway (287) West toward Tappan Zee Bridge to Exit 2 - Route A - Elmsford. At end of ramp, turn left onto Saw Mill River Road go under the overpass and proceed to the 2nd traffic light. Take a right onto West Main Street (Route 119 West) and take your second right (it comes quickly). You will see a blue sign: "3 & 5 West Main St." Proceed down the driveway to the first building on your left- Building # 3. Visitor parking is on your right adjacent to the building.

From New York City:

1 FDR Drive North to Triboro Bridge, then Major Deegan Highway to New York State Thruway. Take Exit 7A from the thruway to the Saw Mill Parkway- North to the Taconic State Parkway. Bear right at Saw Mill Parkway- North. Take Exit 21E - toward Elmsford. Turn right onto West Main Street and take your first left (it comes quickly). You will see a blue sign: "3 & 5 West Main St." Proceed down the driveway to the first building on your left- Building # 3. Visitor parking is on your right adjacent to the building

2 Henry Hudson Parkway to Riverdale, then Saw Mill River Parkway. After tollbooth, travel approximately nine miles on the Saw Mill to Exit 21E - toward Elmsford. Turn right onto West Main Street and take your first left (it comes quickly). You will see a blue sign: "3 & 5 West Main St." Proceed down the driveway to the first building on your left- Building # 3. Visitor parking is on your right adjacent to the building

3 From Throgs Neck Bridge area, take 95 North to Tappan Zee Bridge. Exit onto Cross Westchester Expressway (287) West. to Exit 2 - Route A - Elmsford. At end of ramp, turn left onto Saw Mill River Road go under the overpass and proceed to the 2nd traffic light. Take a right onto West Main Street (Route 119 West) and take your second right (it comes quickly). 4 From the Bronx, take Whitestone Bridge to Hutchinson River Parkway North to Cross Westchester Expressway (287) West toward Tappan Zee Bridge to Exit 2 - Route A - Elmsford. At end of ramp, turn left onto Saw Mill River Road go under the overpass and proceed to the 2nd traffic light. Take a right onto West Main Street (Route 119 West) and take your second right (it comes quickly). From Rockland: Take the New York State Thruway South to the Tappan Zee Bridge. After you cross the bridge and go through the toll, stay to the right. Take I-87 South to Exit 8A to the Saw Mill Parkway- North/Elmsford (Route 119). Bear right onto the Elmsford - Route 119 ramp. At the bottom of the ramp, take a left onto Tarrytown-White Plains Road (Route 119 East) which later becomes West Main Street. Stay in the left lane and proceed under the overpass (Saw Mill Parkway-South) then take your second left into the driveway. You will see a blue sign: "3 & 5 West Main St." Proceed down the driveway to the first building on your left- Building # 3. Visitor parking is on your right adjacent to the building.

From New Jersey and Pennsylvania: Take New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway or Pennsylvania Turnpike to New York State Thruway (East) to Tappan Zee Bridge. After you cross the bridge go through the toll, stay to the right. Take I-87 South to Exit 8A to the Saw Mill Parkway- North/Elmsford (Route 119). Bear right onto the Elmsford - Route 119 ramp. At the bottom of the ramp, take a left onto Tarrytown-White Plains Road (Route 119 East) which later becomes West Main Street.
